Her hypnotherapy specialty has proven successful individually or used in conjunction with other modalities. Her practice spans more than 20 years. Sandra has been trained by the most influential and successful trainers in the world. She holds the distinguished title of Board Certified Hypnotist awarded by the NGH. She has helped people of all ages and issues. The pediatric hypnosis portion of her practice has referrals from psychologists and local school systems. Medical doctors refer clients of all ages to Sandra for weight loss, stress management, smoking cessation, behavior modification and performance anxiety due to stress. She helps her clients and students gain the confidence needed to achieve what they want out of life. She is the President of the New Hampshire Chapter of the National Guild of Hypnotists where the chapter won Chapter of the Year for 2007. She is adjunct faculty lecturing for the NGH at their national convention. She has been a contributor as well as interviewed for Shirley Maclaine’s website. She has lectured to many groups including the Council on Aging, Battered Woman’s Groups, Children’s organizations, and spiritual groups. She is also recognized as a leader in both clinical and spiritual hypnosis and energy medicine in the area surrounding Massachusetts and New Hampshire. As a stress management and wellness consultant, she also coordinates programs for her clients which allow them to empower their lives, battle stress and life a life full of wellness.
