Parties
Have you lived before? The ancient belief has its roots in eastern
philosophy called reincarnation. Recent surveys show more Americans now
believe in reincarnation. Many people are intrigued by the possibility of
having lived before and want to know what happened in those previous
lives.
A past life party is a light hearted way of finding out in the comfort of
your own home. The 2 - 3 hour event gives the opportunity for friends and family
experience a past life. The focus is always on enjoyment and finding previous
experiences that were happy and comfortable. It's also great for
book clubs, social
groups, community clubs, birthday parties, family reunions or just friends
getting together.
Parties are designed for a group experience with everyone
understanding a past life of their own. Sandra Bemis, BCH, CI, Board Certified
Hypnotherapist is a certified Past Life Facilitator. Attending or hosting a
past-life party with people you are close to can be very exciting and
enlightening. Life’s little puzzle pieces have a way of being a key to fitting
the past into the present. The success of this kind of event is having a well
trained hypnotist that specializes in past-life facilitation.
What is needed
to have a Past Life Party
Minimum of 5 adult
guests, not including host/hostess.
Room or area of
house that is quiet and uninterrupted by pets, children, phones, etc.
A sense of
curiosity and willingness to have fun!

Charges are $45.00

Distance travels of
over 40 miles may inquire small extra charges. Inquire.
Private one-on-one
regressions are $275.00, last about 2 hours and can be scheduled for a different
time in my office.
CDs and other items
may be available at time of party.

Itinerary of Evening:
The evening starts prior to Sandra’s arrival. It will be
time for visiting with friends, family, maybe snacks and anticipating what may
be experienced!
Upon Sandra’s arrival, she will talk a bit about the
overview of the night, hypnosis, her training, past lives, soul lessons, explain
the actual process, answer questions and make sure everyone is comfortable with
the idea. This could take about 45 minutes. It’s important that everyone’s
questions are answered.
Everyone will then find a comfortable place and experience
a body relaxation exercise. This practice session will help everyone
understands how to “see” with your eyes closed.
Questions/answers from that experience.
Then the past life experience will start with a body
relaxation, calling in higher guides and traveling to a past life, all while
feeling safe and never experiencing physical pain at any time, nor experience a
death scene. Depending on attendee’s wishes, directions may be given to go up
into after life and spirit. Insight is usually gained into how the past life
influences your life today and if any of the people from your past life are in
your current life now.
Everyone will be then brought back into ‘today’ for sharing
if attendees so wish. You will remember everything that you experienced
during the regression.
What If I Can't Remember Anything?
You will be guided every step of the way by Sandra who is
skilled and experienced in taking people on this remarkable journey. If you
cooperate with the instructions, it is most certain that you will remember.
Some people are naturally better at “minds eye” than
others, but everyone will be able to have an experience if they wish, even if it
is their very first time.
What to bring:
You may choose to remove contacts. Strong scents and
clothes that make noise are discouraged for the comfort and convenience of
others. Soft music and/or trance music may also be playing for a portion.
You will be asked to completely turn off cell phones.
Comfort is important, wear comfy clothes. You may sit
on furniture or floor. Ask hostess regarding mats, pillows, etc.
A pad of paper and pen is helpful for taking notes and
jotting down memories just after viewing past life.
But most of all, bring your curiosity, open mindedness and
be ready to have fun.

Meet
Your Guardian Angel/Spirit Guide
All of us have them. They are all around us if we
could only see, hear or touch them. Often confused with angels, they are
high vibration souls who walk with us who are here to help, offer guidance
and comfort. The term Spirit Guide generally makes reference to one or
more entities who watch, teach, heal, and help you on your physical
journey into spiritual awareness. They are above in higher frequency,
while you experience the physical earth realm.
Communication is usually intuitive, that gut feeling, where
they telepathically communicate. Sometimes it can be observed during
meditation, dream time, or just learning how to focus, look and listen to
messages received. The more you practice, the easier it gets. The number of
spirit guides one has various within that person's experiences.
Spirit guides can go by many names and use identities that
are comfortable to those they communicate with.
To help communication, a spirit guides work with you
'above' to create synchronicities that occur below. Synchronicities, in general,
are experiences created by your soul to bring you into greater awareness.
Sometimes I call it the cosmic 2x4 !!
Your Spirit Guide, unlike your Guardian Angel, comes & goes
in your life. A Guardian Angel is with you from birth until death. A Spirit
Guide, on the other hand, comes into your life when an issue arises that falls
under a guide's field of expertise.
Angels differ from spirit guides. The word 'Angel' is
taken from the Greek word 'Angelos' which means 'Messenger'. Angels are believed
to be those souls who from the beginning of creation never lost contact with the
Creator, never had physical lives, and seek only to fulfill the will of the
Creator. They may appear as either male or female, but are neither. They are
beings of light energy. They came into being as a link between the Creator and
humanity. They also bring us messages to guide and protect us during the
spiritual transformation that is taking place now on the planet. Angels are
different in many respects from Spirit Guides. They usually come with a
frequency of unconditional love whereas spirit guides have personalities and are
often humorous and may talk a lot!
Guardian Angels are sometimes referred to as life’s
protections and guides. Many believe they may be past relatives or part of the
soul group which carry a high vibration. Angels and guardian angels can have
identified with names. It is there where people choose to find who travels with
them in this life. Some people use Spirit Guide and Guardian Angel
interchangeably.

Fun with
Pendulums
The answers are closer than you think!
Some amazing things can be uncovered using the pendulum.
For years the pendulum has been associated with the Svengali image of the
hypnotist holding you in his power. Actually, if you look at information on
pendulums, the pendulum goes much further back in history. Ancient kings and
queens such as Solomon, Sheba, Cleopatra and others used pendulums or employed
people to use them. Today, pendulums are more widely used by psychologists,
hypnotists and individuals to create a link of communication with the
subconscious mind to uncover information thought to be forgotten or unknown.
Pendulums are no more than a line of communication to the intuitive self or that
gut feeling. Sorry, no magic!!
Dowsing pendulums can be as inexpensive or as expensive, or
as small or as large as you want them.
The most inexpensive pendulum can be made for less than a
penny by tying a small object such as a small nut on the end of a piece of
string. Expensive pendulums can be made from the finest of crystals. The
crystals are believed to possess certain energies that are compatible with the
user's energies to get the best results.
What makes it work? Tiny muscles in your finger tips are
connected to the motor centers of the brain and it is these motor centers that
are affected by unconscious thoughts. Your unconscious thoughts cause the tiny
muscles in your fingers to react and thus move the pendulum. This is called the
ideomotor response. The pendulum then becomes a direct link to your unconscious.
And the unconscious is where thoughts and memories are stored that your
conscious is unaware of. The unconscious mind is also believed to be the place
and link to cosmic knowledge.
It is a tool used for obtaining information from beyond
normal consciousness. It helps to tap into the Higher Self and enhance
intuition. There are various theories about how and why the pendulum works, and
why better for some than others. There is no magic involved. It utilizes the
natural process of tuning-in to the Higher Self. The intuition we had as
children diminished with age in a lot of us as a result of life and its
programming. We forget who we are. We lose the ability to listen to the Higher
Self. There are different techniques to reconnect with the Higher Self, and
