We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Your personal information is contained behind secured. When you place orders, we use a secured server. All sensitive/credit information you supply is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into databases which are secure.

Order Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order you have placed you must contact customer support by email or by phone at 978-314-4560. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped. When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information. Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, you can request to return the item for a refund (minus shipping costs).

Shipping Policy for in stock Items

Every effort is made that all items be shipped in one box/shipment and shipped within 7 business days.

IMPORTANT: As inventory is ever changing, an item indicated as in stock when you place your order may, in fact, be out of stock. In this event, we will contact you by email immediately to notify you that your order will be placed on backorder, approximate delivery date and details for order cancellation if that is preferred.

Most out of stock items are in stock again within two (2) weeks.

Out of Stock Policy

Shipping/Handling

6.95 - First item, 2.00 each additional item thereafter.  On occasions an extremely heavy object will reflect a different shipping charge to reflect the additional weight.  We ship United States Postal Service (USPS)

Return Policy

All our products come with a 30 day limited warranty. The warranty applies to products that have been confirmed as defective by Sandra Bemis, Whole Health Hypnosis which may be repaired or replaced (at our sole discretion). For assistance or to exchange a defective product, please contact us via email or phone.  On occasion, other express warranties will be available and listed on each particular product.

Typographical Errors

In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse, cancel/refund any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.  We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
